The problem is persisting subsequently trying all of the above. Information technology is merely affecting one of my accounts. I accept other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

Microsoft may contact you lot well-nigh any issues yous report." when I tried to ship an e-mail. Nevertheless the e-mail was sent and it was received by a different hotmail account.
    I sent an e-mail from a different hotmail account to the problem account and it is listed as sent but information technology was not received.
  • Kindly verify what practice yous mean "Outlook" Is information technology Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook.com? Information technology is Outlook.com

I access my mail service through my internet browser.  I never had this issue before Outlook took over---

I feel like I have to refresh my email every few seconds-- my cache is cleared many times a 24-hour interval-- it is annoying to be told that something is ALWAYS wrong with Outlook/Hotmail.

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox.  I am non sure where yous read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "there is something wrong, please refresh.  I become this anytime I try to expect at a bulletin, clear a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my fourth dimension refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this issue before Outlook took over.

I tin can't respond about some other browser because I only apply Google Chrome.

I can't answer about using another computer because I but have the one laptop.

I tin't reply about using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the only one I take.

All I know is that I, and many others, keep getting the same message nigh 'something is wrong'.

I clear my cache, I make sure there are no problems on you main site, etc.

Delight fix this-- I am non the just i.

I understand why you are asking the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason you were asking.

All I questioned was where you lot got the idea I couldn't access my mail service-- I never had said that.  I said I was being told something was incorrect-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access mail.

Equally for other browsers I have no other browsers on my reckoner.  IE 8/9 crashes many of the applications I utilise on the figurer.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I have only used Google Chrome for years.
